If you think you can write. Or even write a journal, you are confronted daily, many times a day by evidence to the contrary. Penmachine and a couple of other blogger's I have happened across write and present their 'blog' to a standard that is truly commercial. I am humbled and feel so inadequate.
I push on..
I enjoy the writing of my fellow Oceans Eleven, for so many varied reasons. Such a diversity and so many similarities. How wonderful to re-read their profiles, re-confirming what a diverse and like-minded team we are. So many co-supported Blogs I Follow. So many similar movie, book and other interests. Angelinthemaking it reminds me of why I contacted you in the first place, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time. How cool to be able to write about the Team Profile in a hopefully light-hearted way. I was excited to have an outlet for my writing as well as a great group of people, struggling with shit circumstances to share with. And be there for them all in whatever way possible.
I will update my own profile details with some things I can think of currently. I asked a friend to take a photo of my notebook and me with my Top 10 that I wrote out. Well these flash phones take a bit of working out apparently, so we failed so far to capture the pic and send to my email. The notebook page says at the bottom;
Authors
Bill Bryson, AJ Jacobs, Maeve Binchy, JAMES GEARY, Alain De Botton
These are my Top 5 that I thought of straight away when I was trying to stretch my Top 10. James Geary is in capital letters because I have used his little tome "We Are What We Think", more like a sacred book.
It always gives me the simplest, grounding pleasure.
Love to all xx
