Wow, what a day....sunny and warm and Super Dr Sun. My new GP, thank you, thank you. I have met this GP once before, he has a very new practice, recently built a few doors down from my house. I took my young son there a few months ago for a minor stomach complaint. I loved Dr Sun at that meeting but had no reason really to change GP's for myself. This latest necessity to be seeing Doctors regularly for me, meant I decided to change GP's and made an appointment for today. I have spent a very meaningful and productive 45mins with this lovely, astute man. Even though he is extremely busy he is incredibly calm and interested. He (without any prompting !!!) rang the Professor Paul's office and asked about the status of my referral. He made an appointment for me and I am going to see Professor Paul on Wednesday. Yes this bloody Wednesday. Not tomorrow the next day. At 9.45am. How cool is that.
