There are over 22 and a half million people in Australia currently. Granted a large number of them are babies or children or people aged over 65. But two of them are able to perform potentially life-saving/life-changing (mine! how selfish) surgery. Just two. Meeting Prof Moroz today was as special as I expected. All business, but very humble, and someone I gladly hand my immediate future over to. Plan is to have PET on Monday then Laparoscopy to re-stage on Friday the 10th. Oh, happy birthday to me. I get to get out of hospital on Sat 11th with the knowledge of what is next. The 'what is next' is just as I suspected, damn it. I hate being able to search for information sometimes. Let's just get through this next week shall we?
