Beware the hype

I have re-posted this from our team-mate Carla. It is VERY important to remember how many billions (yes, billions) of dollars are raised towards cancer research every year. Sometimes, when you actually have cancer it can seem like we are still very under-budget. Where does all the money go? Research? Like anything that money is thrown at, image can be everything, and substance non-existent. Track the life of the nickel battery in the environmentally friendly Toyota Prius. It is not very friendly at all. Pink is not all it's cracked up to be. Pun intended. You Think Pink Helps ??
